Fiddle Fart's 1st Blog birthday

I have to say, Helen's blog It's all fiddle fart is what inspired me to start my own. She is a wonderful continuous source of inspiration and ingenuity, one of my favourite blogs because she shows you how to use craft supplies you nearly always already have, rather than throwing new branded products in your face; thankyou Helen!
Another plus is that her designs are simple and quick to make, usually convicing you by the end of the post that you can do it yourself with similar items you have tucked away!
She also puts a lot of creativity into re-using general household buys for crafty purposes!

Hello and welcome to my new Blog!

A small intro:
I am 21, a twin, educated but chosen not to be at uni and working hard at two permenant jobs (and many others along the way!) instead since I was 15. I love my work for a independant Haberdashery and craft shop and that's the main reason I've kept with the same job for so long.
As you can imagine, this provides endless inspiration; I get to see all the new products, other people's creations when they bring them in and solve the best kind of queries!
I am a cardmaker/crafter & I aslo dabble in vintage clothing & alterations with the occasional make thanks to my seamstress mother.
Recently I have become fascinated with vintage clothing thanks to the several operatic & theatrical productions I now take part in ( I love to sing!); most recent of which was a 1940's set La Boheme!
This will be the place where I share my crafty finds, thoughts and creations with some of my musical side thrown in for good measure.
I would love to hear your comments and can't wait to find out people's reactions.
